The Inn's Policies

Gift Certificates

  • The Inn offers gift certificates, obtainable with a credit card or check.

Minimum Stay

  • In season, the Jacuzzi Room and Lighthouse Room (both with private balconies) require a minimum (2) night, weekend stay. Our Rose Room and Mallard Room are available to our guests, for those who cannot make arrangements for more than one night. A minimum stay of (2) nights is required for all rooms during Holidays.

Reservations

  • We accept both

  • Reservations are suggested.

  • One night deposit is required upon making reservations, one third non refundable.

  • Room Rates are subject to change

  • Weekday and weekly rates are available.

Cancellations

  • We require a seven-day cancellation notice.

Check In / Check Out

  • Check in is at 4:00 p.m.

  • Check out is around noon.

Smoking

  • Smoking Is permitted on the outdoor balconies, decks and grounds.

  • No Smoking is allowed inside the Inn.

Pets

  • Pets may be accommodated with prior arrangements.
